Can I purchase a seat in an existing training course?
Yes! Individual seats are available for many of our courses hosted in the field or at our training locations across the country. To register, simply find your desired course and click “Enroll Now.”
What are Training Credits?
Training Credits are prepaid funds you can apply to any CBRNE U course—now or later. They never expire and can be used for both live and online training. Credits make it easier for leadership to budget, purchase in advance, and assign courses as operational needs change.
How do I purchase Training Credits?
Training Credits can be purchased directly through the CBRNE U administrative team or online within the LMS. Once purchased, they’re immediately available in your organization’s account and can be allocated to individuals or reserved for future sustainment.
Can Training Credits be transferred between team members?
Yes. Leadership or authorized LMS administrators can reassign unused credits to another member within the same organization. This helps maintain flexibility as staffing or mission requirements shift.
Do Training Credits expire?
No. Training credits do not expire. They remain active in your account until used.
How do I access my training?
Once enrolled, log into the CBRNE U LMS using your credentials. From your dashboard, you can view assigned courses, launch computer-based training (CBT), join live webinars, or track progress for in-person sessions.
Can I take courses online?
Yes. Most courses are available through our Computer-Based Training (CBT) platform or as live virtual sessions. Some certifications still require hands-on, in-person training—which can be completed at a CBRNE U site or scheduled at your facility.
How does my organization track completions?
Your leadership team can view team member progress, completions, and manage sustainment intervals directly within the CBRNE U LMS. Reports can be exported for audits, internal records, or compliance documentation.
Can we host training at our location?
Yes. Our Mobile Training Teams can deliver any CBRNE U course directly to your site. This includes full-scale exercises, refreshers, or blended classroom sessions. Contact our admin team to coordinate logistics and scheduling.
What if we need a custom course or curriculum?
CBRNE U works directly with agencies to build tailored training plans based on your operational needs, certifications, and readiness goals. Our administrators and subject-matter experts will help you develop and manage a plan through the LMS.
Who do I contact for technical support?
If you experience login issues, access problems, or course errors, contact admin@cbrneuniversity.com or use the LMS Help portal. A support specialist will respond within one business day.
